Student Impact
An internship allows students to gain first-hand exposure of working in the real world and harness the skill, knowledge, and theoretical practice they learnt in university. Because of the COVID pandemic, students have found it very hard to find internships in 2020 and 2021, therefore the Global Fintech Internship Experience was designed to bridge this gap.
With this open source document, anyone can replicate the methodology we have produced in order to allow students to develop analytical and adaptable skills that are important for their working future. Furthermore, students will be able to network with experts and work in teams with people from all around the world and diverse backgrounds.
Talent Pool
In order to harvest a pool of motivated and trained talent to select from, they can first go through a Fintech questionnaire to assess their understanding of Fintech. Students who pass the minimum required level can then be asked to submit a video presentation and potentially additional information.
Educate
We want to give a chance to the next generation of professionals to get insights on the FinTech industry and build impactful solutions for current cases/problems FinTech's are facing. This can be achieved at scale with the mission to up-skill, re-skill and advance opportunities in the Fintech and finance industries. Moreover, it gives students the opportunity to attend masterclasses and Q&A sessions by FinTech experts.
