The following is what CFTE found to be the best approach to simply the support for the large number of out intakes:

• Group by timezone
• Group by skillsets
• Group by background

This made communication easier for each of the groups and reduced the number of potential issues that could arise. After we grouped them into these specific criteria's, we randomised everyone with a specific number of individuals in each team.
