The participants

To attract quality candidates, internship programs must be well-planned. For many prospective candidates, this means the programs are engaging and provide real-world experience. The individuals will be attending presentations, panel discussions and case studies around the Fintech industry, skills to enter Fintech and the jobs available in digital finance.

The partners

They will be working in teams of 5 on business cases from leading Fintech companies, and submit a written paper and video presentation at the end of the programme

The mentors

Mentors encourage and enable another person's professional or personal development. A mentor can help focus their efforts by setting goals and giving feedback. As a result, having mentors allows for reaching all students. Mentorship offers a structured, consistent time and space for teachers to get to know the whole student, apart from a whole-class or even small-group setting.

The internal team

Internships give the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience and give employers the opportunity to guide and evaluate talent. A positive internship experience and a chance to be immersed in a company’s culture make it more likely that an intern will choose to work for a company down the line.
