Responsibility delegation

This aims to explain the responsibility of each partner and what is expected of them, what they need to provide at a minimum and how much time they need to set aside for the events.

Project check list

Case study

The partners would need to provide interesting and open ended case studies for the program or alternatively you can develop them yourself. Furthermore, it would be useful for those participating to attend a webinar made by your partners, related to a topic to do with their company.

Structure

If the structure of a project is created in the correct manner, changes in an organisation and management should be easy to control with limited modifications required. when creating a structure to the program, this should tackle areas such as:

• How many weeks it will take to establish
• How often are the participants engaged and their interest with the project
• How many events are there to keep engagement and motivation
• Lastly, if there is enough time to complete the work

Events

In order to engage the participants throughout the week, you and your partners should come up with events, panel discussions, industry insights and other types of events.
