Introduction Session

This will be your first live point of contact with the participants, so it's very important for this session to run smoothly. It would also be best to prepare and be inclusive of many execution questions participants might have.

It’s similar to a job fair, but the new interns could visit each group that they are set up in and meet people one on one. With Zoom Pro, the Zoom rooms feature would be very handy as it randomises people into groups and allows more of an intimate way to network with one another.

Q&A Sessions

Have Q&A sessions throughout the experience on various aspects so the participants do not feel like they are missing out or falling behind on key information.

Panels & Discussions

Having panelists discuss various topics related to the industry of the internship can be a great way to animate the experience and help out with the case studies as well. This makes the esperience more interative and motivating for the participants as well and allows them to have more of an insight into the industry.

Mentoring sessions

Smaller sessions allowing the participants to talk one-on-one to professionals and address their specific questions in the middle of the experience is important. This helps to redirect those that are lost and aid those who need an extra push to perform well on the case studies.
